Michael J. Coston, Jr.

Michael R. Coston, Jr., 84, of Canandaigua, NY, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at FF Thompson Hospital.

He was born in Canandaigua, NY on July 20, 1941, the son of the late Michael J. Coston, Sr. and Nellie Mae (Fisher) Coston. On July 27, 1996, he married his wife Cora in Hopewell, NY.

Michael was a truck driver for over 57 years. He enjoyed Country Western music, 18 wheelers, motorcycles and traveling.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Cora; daughter, Tiffany Jones; sons, Wes Granger and Jacob Ferrell; step daughters, Linda Granger and Vicki Granger; sisters, Bonnie Coston and Sharon Coston; six grandchildren, Bryan Granger, Owen Ferrell, Mason Ferrell, Isabell Ferrell, Evan Heartwell and Ben Heartwell.
