Mario Feria Morales

Mario Feria Morales, 60, of Penn Yan, NY passed away on March 25, 2026 at his home. He was born in Villa de Chilapa de Diaz, Oaxaca, Mexico on February 11, 1966, the son of Martin Feria and Juana Morales. He married his wife, Alejandria, on July 14, 1991 in Villa de Chilapa de Diaz, Oaxaca.

Mario was a lifelong agricultural worker. He was of the Catholic faith. Mario enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

He was predeceased by his father, Martin Feria; mother, Juana Morales in 2007; and brother, Guillermo Feria Morales in 2004.

Surviving is his wife of 35 years, Alejandria Feria; two daughters, Jelica Feria-Perez and Victoria Aguilara Feria (Miguel A. Aguilera Mendoza); one son, Mario H. Feria-Perez (Yadira Castro); and four grandchildren, Tadeo Aguilera Feria, Thiago Aguilera Feria, Annette Feria Castro and Liliana Feria Castro.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Sunday, March 29, 2026 from 3-5 pm at Townsend-Wood & Zinger Funeral Home, 201 E. Elm St., Penn Yan, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 11:00 am at St. Michael’s Church, 312 Liberty St., Penn Yan, NY. Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
