Linda S. Dailey of Stanley, NY formerly of Penn Yan passed away on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 in Geneva. Linda was born in Penn Yan, NY on November 22, 1947, the daughter of the late Myrtle Comfort and Charles Spitalsky. She graduated from Penn Yan Academy, Class of 1973. Linda owned and operatored her own tailor and seamstressing business. Linda was an avid sewer and crafter. Many birthdays and Christmas' she would ask her children what they wanted, they always replied,"Make us something mom". She had a huge love for each one of ther grandchildren, spoiling them with love and attention. Linda is survived by her children, Douglas (Tina) Dailey Jr. of Millerton, PA, Denise Dailey of Geneva and David Dailey of Stanley; grandchildren, Jennifer Beihl, Ashley (Tim) Wilkins, Morgan Dailey, Shiloh Dailey, and Lucus Dailey; great grandchild, Carter James; sister, Helen. In addtion to her parents, Linda was predeceased by her infant son, Kirby Harold Dailey; sisters, Waneta and Marilyn; brothers, Dick and Bill; and the father of her children, Douglas Dailey, Sr. Per Linda's wishes, there will be no prior calling hours, a private service for Linda will be held at the convenience of her family.
