Jeannine (Northrup) Deacon, age 72, of Penn Yan, NY passed away on Saturday, March 20th, 2021 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital in Penn Yan, NY. Jeannine was born in Rochester, NY on January 10th, 1949, the daughter of, Charles R. and Elizabeth A. Northrup. She enjoyed gardening, reading and decorating. Jeannine is survived by her daughters, Brie (Andrew) Chupalio of Penn Yan, NY and Julie Wolf of Fairport, NY; sons, Noah (Heather) Deacon, Christopher (Teresa) Deacon, Jason Deacon and Jacob Deacon; sister, Patricia Northrup of Phoenix, AZ; brother, Charles Northrup of Rochester, NY; and grandchildren, Kelsa Deacon, Jonas Deacon, Adam Diaz, Owen Kennedy, Ava Kennedy, Wesley Chupalio, Esme Deacon, Phoenix Deacon, and Dominic Abud-Wolf. She was predeceased by her mother, Elizabeth A. Northrup in 2009; father, Charles R. Northrup in 2017; and her brother, Frederic C. Northrup in 1980.
