Howard L. Sisson

Howard L. Sisson, age 60, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Valley View Hospital, as a result of a house fire. Howard was born on July 31, 1965 in Penn Yan, NY.

Howard is predeceased by his father, Howard Sisson in 1995. He is survived by his loving wife, Wendy (Kenyon) Sisson; a son, Richard Sisson of Chicago, IL; daughters, Corena (Chris) Stockmaster of Rochester, NY and Suzan Pero of Chicago, IL; mother, Marilyn Dixon Parmelee of Penn Yan, NY; brother, Jamie (Erika) Sisson of Penn Yan, NY; grandchildren, Ethan Stockmaster and Patricia Stockmaster; along with several nieces and nephews.

Howard attended Penn Yan Academy and went on to serve his country for 6 years in the US Army. He was employed by Watkins Glen International race track, and was also an active member of the Penn Yan Moose Lodge # 2030. He enjoyed stock car racing, was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, and enjoyed spending time with his family.

There will be a Celebration of Life held for Howard on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Penn Yan Moose Lodge, 301 E. Elm St., Penn Yan, NY.
