Daryl N. Baughman

Daryl Norval Baughman, 76, of Penn Yan, NY passed away on Monday, September 7, 2026 at The Homestead.

He was born in Penn Yan, NY on June 18, 1950, the son of Raymond and Ruth Baughman and attended Penn Yan Central School.

Daryl was a Mixologist at Sakura Restaurants for over 20 years. His hobbies included golfing, playing board games especially backgammon. He was an avid NY Yankees fan and enjoyed watching baseball and football.

He is survived by his son, Todd of Kansas; three sisters, Nina of Penn Yan, Lynne of South Carolina and Resa of Virginia; two brothers, Bradley of Dresden, NY and Neal of Virginia; grandchildren, Noah and Terrin Baughman of Kansas; his former wife, Kathy Youngs Crowley; several nieces and nephews; and by his pet parrot Lucy.

He was predeceased by his parents; siblings, Joel, Sweetheart (Ella), Dixie, Loren, Babe (Ethel) and Ardell.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
