Blaine Arthur Koski, age 60, passed away on Thursday, April 21st, 2022 at the Homestead Nursing Home in Penn Yan, NY. Blaine was born in Hornell, NY on November 27th, 1961, the son of Arthur and Nancy (Hanchett) Koski. Blaine is survived by his sister, Khristy K. Wagner and his brother, Craig Palmquist of Tulsa, OK.
